Every woman goes through menopause in her life. Some may sail through this phase without much difficulty; however, for some it may be problematic. This mostly occur between the age of 45 & 55. Women go through many physical and emotional changes during menopause but it is possible to overcome these changes.
Menopause can occur either naturally or can be induced by an injury or a surgery.
As women grow older, their ovaries start producing less amounts of hormones & your chances of becoming pregnant decline. At the age of 40 years, your periods may become irregular, and eventually as you reach 51 years of age, your ovaries stop producing eggs which ends your menstrual cycle.
There are two ways to look at this. In Surgical menopause, you can remove the uterus with ovaries intact and Medical Menopause, which occur if a woman goes through a cancer therapy.
